Just got home from work... EXHAUSTED...
So the Health Inspector dropped by Chili’s about a week ago….  He said if we don’t clean our restaurant in 30 days, he’s gonna shut us down.  That’s how fucking nasty it is…  Roaches, Shrews, 9 years of grease caked on to everything….   Every employee had to be there after hours to deep clean yesterday and today.  I got 6 hours of overtime in those two...
